63 year male with an incidental finding of a liver cyst with echogenic lumen => Contrast-enhanced ultrasound was performed to exclude a cystic malignant tumor. In CEUS no contrast enhancement with the lumen of the cyst => therefore benign liver cyst.

For better visualization due to didactic reasons the playback speed got reduced to 75%.
