Case history: 45-year-old female patient with incidental findings of a liver mass on spinal MRI, suspicious of an adenoma (pill recently discontinued) -> The B-scan shows a hypoechoic mass with a central echo-rich striated structure corresponding to the connective tissue septum of an FNH, the SMI mode shows hypervascularization with vessels (indicated wheel spoke), CEUS shows an early arterial wheel spoke pattern with rapid homogeneous hyperenhancement. In the portal phase and late phase isoenhancement, characteristic findings of FNH.

For better visualization due to didactic reasons the playback speed got reduced to 75%.
