Case report: 38-year-old female patient with a previously recognised angiomyolipoma of the left kidney (Diagnosis confirmed by CT). Sonographic findings were an echogenic, sharply defined mass (4.7 x 3.8 x 3.3 cm) of the left kidney. The colour Doppler did not show any intralesional vascularity. In CEUS, the mass is hypocontrasted in both arterial and venous phase.
