Case report: 28-year-old female patient with a pancreatic cyst first described 9 years ago (at that time characterised by upper abdominal pain, acute pancreatitis). Currently again upper abdominal pain for 2 weeks. The B-scan shows an approximately 6 cm large cystic mass with multiple septations, without any contrast enhancement in the CEUS => consistent with a pancreatic pseudocyst with secondary haemorrhage (hence the current symptoms). In the follow-up assessments after 1 and 3 months, the lesion is clearly reduced in size, after 3 months it is already barely visualisable.
