Epicrisis: 22 year old
female (accidental finding), Father with MODY-Diabetes (patient doesn’t have diabetes). Several homogenous hyperechoic Adenomas (max. 6.4 cm). Within CEUS arterial hyper-enhancement with following Iso-enhancement until late-phase after 5 minutes. 3 years prior has an adenoma of the left hepatic lobe been resected (13,5 cm). Histological: HNF1 alpha inactivated hepatic adenoma.
