Epicrisis:
71 y.o. man with prostate carcinoma and chronic HBV infection. Sonographically, steatosis hepatis with multiple mildly hypoechogenic hepatic lesions with a hyperechogenic rim (“hyperechoic halo “). Contrast enhanced ultrasound to exclude malignancy: all hepatic lesions are isoenhanced compared to the surroundig liver parenchym in all contrast phases. Clinically the patient blistering showed skin lesions in sun exposed  areas.

For better visualization due to didactic reasons the playback speed has been reduced to 75%.
