Liver hematoma (HELLP-syndrome)
Case report: The 48-year-old patient developed HELLP syndrome during her pregnancy. Condition after cesarean section due to severe preeclampsia and twins in the 37th week of pregnancy. Postpartum HELLP with hepatic hematoma and beginning liver and kidney failure. Interventional radiology performed CT-guided embolization with coils. Sonography now shows a 12x13cm subcapsular hematoma in the right lobe of the liver . CEUS shows no contrast enhancement,no signs of active bleeding.
